Changes coming to DFO

Changes are coming to the Department of Fisheries and Oceans.

There are plans to close six financial support offices across the country and consolidate their work in Fredericton.

The department says the move will occur over the next three years and save the federal government $2 million.

It’s not clear how many jobs will be affected.
