Canadians take part in Steps for Life 5K Walk for workplace safety

Over 250 people gathered to remember lives lost or affected by workplace tragedies at today’s Steps For Life 5k Walk.
The event was hosted by Threads of Life, an organization that helps families affected by tragedy in the workplace.
The walking path was outlined with photos of people that have died or seriously injured on the job.
Thirty communities across the country held Steps for Life Walks with the goal of raising $600,000 nationally.
Hamilton raised over $30,000, surpassing their target by $5,000.
