Canadian trucker killed in N.Y. crash

A truck driver from Toronto is dead after his tractor-trailer crashed in upstate New York Monday night.

49 year old John Marton was pronounced dead at the scene.

Marton was taken to Geneva General Hospital for an autopsy.

New York State troopers say his truck veered off the I-90 highway, crossing the median and both westbound lanes before ending up in a field in Geneva County.

He was hauling a 40,000 pound load of rolled paper.
