For the 1st time in history, athletes from all over the world have unified to speak out about social, race and gender issues.

Locally, Canadian Olympic hockey star Sarah Nurse has been raising awareness in a sport that lacks diversity.

The Hamilton native recently joined Bubba O’Neil to talk about being a lone soldier on the ice at times as a visible minority and wanting that to change.
