Canadian Armed Forces are training all across the Niagara region for the next week.

2,000 soldiers from all over Ontario, the United States, Britain and Scotland are in Niagara to hone their skills.

There will be approximately 100 injuries during training, most of them minor.

The medical tent will be led by a doctor, nurse and other medical technicians to stabilize patients.

According to the Armed Forces, the training is unique because it’s taking place off base and in a real community setting.

The training exercise is costing taxpayers $3.3 million and runs until August 23rd.
