Canada-wide warrant for Matthew Clifford Marshall

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for a 23-year-old man police say often stays in London and Brantford.

Police say Matthew Clifford Marshall is wanted for breach of parole. They say he is serving a three-year sentence for robbery and assault causing bodily harm.

He is described as five-foot-six and about 141 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes and multiple tattoos on his chest and arms.
