Canada-wide warrant for parole violator

A Canada-wide warrant has been issued for 20-year-old Duvel Hibbert for breaching his parole.

Hibbert is described as 5’7″, 150 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He has a tattoo of a cross on his right upper arm and a tattoo of a crown on his left upper arm. He also has “death before dishonour” written on his left forearm.

He’s serving a 3-year sentence on weapons charges. Hibbert is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
