Call centre jobs coming to St. Kitts

A call centre is about to bring 300 new jobs to St. Catharines.

Sitel says at least 150 of those jobs will be permanent as it expands a contract it has with a large cable communications company.

Another 150 people will be hired on temporarily for a U.S. based retailer during the holidays.

By the end of the year, Sitel’s workforce will number about 900.
