C. Difficile update at Juravinski
There are now a total of three cases of C. Difficile at Hamilton’s Juravinski Hospital.
An outbreak was declared on February 25th in the Inpatient Hematology Unit. Hamilton Health Sciences says there have been no new cases since then. All three people acquired the infection in the hospital. Infection prevention and control measures are in place.
