Burlington stabbing

A 24 year old Burlington woman accused of stabbing her brother will appear in court Tuesday.

Police were called to a home on Dynes Road in Burlington Monday night, after a dispute broke out between the siblings.

When police arrived, the brother was suffering from stab wounds.

The 29 year old man was taken to Hamilton General Hospital where he remains with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

The sister faces several charges, including attempted murder.

Police are not releasing her name.
