Burlington Santa Race

Hundreds of Santas took over downtown Burlington today for the ‘CHCH Santa Burlington 5K.’

Around 2,500 festive runners took part in the event, making this Canada’s largest all-Santa race.

Participants received a Santa suit complete with beard, hat, jacket, pants and belt.

There was also 1km elf run and walk before the main event.

Part of the proceeds raised from the race will go to Easter Seals. The charity provides programs and services to children and youth with physical disabilities.
