Burlington pedestrian struck

Halton police are looking for any witnesses to a pedestrian struck on the roads last night.

They say a 39-year-old man was hit around 11:30 a.m., while crossing Guelph Line south of Palmer Street in Burlington.

He was hit by a 67-year-old driver and was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The reconstruction unit is investigating and are asking anyone who may have witnessed the crash to contact them.
