Halton Regional Police have charged Joseph Robert Angel, 25, of Burlington in connection with 2 separate sexual assaults committed on May 24, 2016. The 2 incidents took place at the Longo’s grocery store located at 1225 Fairview Street in Burlington between 8:45pm and 9:30pm.
