A Burlington company is making sure seniors who are alone this Christmas are not forgotten

Christmas is a time of year to spend time with loved ones, exchange presents and enjoy each other’s company. But not everyone gets to see their friends and family over the holidays and for many seniors living in care homes this can be a very lonely time of year.  But one Burlington company is making sure seniors are not forgotten this Christmas.

Home Instead played the role of Santa, making sure every resident at Wellington Park has a present to unwrap Christmas morning.

“These gifts come from four real estate agents that we work with from Burlington, Milton, and Georgetown. We give the wishes from the residents to them and they wrap the gifts and bring them down here so we can give them to residents.” Scott Johnson, Home Instead.
