Bullet casings found outside East Mountain home: police

Hamilton Police say bullet casings were found outside a home on the East Mountain.

Police were called to a home on Queen Victoria Dr. on Friday, after the homeowner noticed a broken window and what looked like a bullet hole in the drywall.

Officers on scene noticed a second bullet hole on the outside window frame.

They found two bullet casings outside.

After speaking with neighbours, police believe shots may have been fired around 3 a.m.

They are asking anyone with information to contact them.
