Bulldogs lose to Sarnia Sting, 5-2

The Hamilton Bulldogs couldn’t pull out a win, Friday night, at FirstOntario Centre as the Sarnia Sting skated past the dogs in a 5-2 win.

Late 1st period and just 34 seconds after giving up a goal, they get a goal – MacKenzie Entwistle – with his 9th, 1-1 after one.

Sarnia dominated the second period outscoring Hamilton 3-1 including another on the power-play.

The Bulldogs had some great opportunity to take back the lead in the third period, but Sarnia goalie Justin Fazio was able to keep the puck out of the net.

The Sting got the only goal in the third, on a power-play, as they went 3 for 6 with a man advantage.

The Bulldogs host the first place Oshawa Generals, Saturday night at FirstOntario Centre. The puck drops at 7 p.m.
