The Barrie Colts at FirstOntario Centre to play the Hamilton Bulldogs in OHL action Saturday afternoon. The Bulldogs had lost their last two straight.

It was not a great day for the goaltenders. The game was tied at one in the 2nd period, Matt Luff to Bejamin Gleason for the nice goal, his 4th of the season to make it 2-1 Dogs.

Some 5 minutes later, Nikki Petti, off the backboard, a nice one and it’s 3-1 dogs.

3rd period, after the Colts made it 3-2, Michael Cramarosa scores. They would review it but it counted. 4-2.

Under 5 minutes to play and a 5-3 game now, Dogs are stuck in their own end until Rasmus Andersson scores and it’s a 5-4 game now.

But with a buck 40 left, Colts pull their goalie, then MacKenzie Blackwood tries to get back but Cramarossa beats him. It was a valiant effort.

Now 6-5 with two seconds left, Bulldogs goalie Charlie Graham, what a save!, literally a game saver.

Dogs hang on and beat the first place Colts in a wild affair at FirstOntario. They improve to 6 and 8 on the season and snap their two game losing streak.
