Bryan Prince Bookseller closing

Bryan Prince Bookseller has been at the Westdale village corner for nearly three decades. This Thursday, the business will be closing it’s doors for good.
Kerry Cranston-Reimer has spent most of her adult life in the iconic little book store. She started working part time when she was 24 and bought the store from Bryan Prince in 2011.
“As tragic as this is, I got to do something I love for 26 years, not a lot of people can say that.”
The remaining books on the shelves will be sold for 30%. The books that aren’t picked up will be returned to the publishers.
Cranston-Reimer has received a lot of kind words and support from people in the community but has a strong message for everyone.
“I would ask people next time before they click the mouse to buy something, try to remember the emotion of losing a small business. Everytime you do it you’re one step closer to losing a small business.”
The page turns on this business at 9 o’clock Thursday night.
