Brother of convicted murderer arrested again

The brother of the man serving a life sentence for the murder of Burlington’s Matthew Daly, has been arrested and is facing a number of charges including counselling to commit murder, possession of a firearm, and robbery.

Hamilton police arrested 29-year old Sarann Nop after a number of incidents throughout the city.

It’s alleged that Nop held someone inside a home who’d stolen from him, then assaulted the person until an arrangement was made for reimbursement. Nop has been arrested before and he has two separate prohibition orders banning him from possessing firearms.
