A traffic stop by Brantford police last Wednesday on Brock Street led to the arrest of three local men on drug charges.

During the investigation police found that the driver of the car did not have a valid licence and was wanted by Brantford police on an unendorsed warrant.

Brass knuckles were also seized, as were multiple cell phones.

The illegal drugs included over 22 grams of suspected fentanyl, 10 grams of suspected crack cocaine and two dozen tablets of Dilaudid, a morphinan opioid

The three men from Brantford — all in their early forties — were held for a bail hearing.

Anyone with information on any other illegal drug-related activities is asked to contact Brantford police at 519-756-7050.
