Brantford teen arrested after gun seized during stolen vehicle investigation

A 19-year-old man is facing a slew of charges following a stolen vehicle investigation by Brantford police.

Officers were called to North Park St. around 5:40 p.m. on Jan. 26 for reports of a stolen vehicle.

The vehicle was located outside of a Marlborough St. home.

Police say a man fled into the home when he saw the officers.

After a short time and peaceful negotiation, police say the teen was arrested.

A firearm and ammunition were located inside the stolen vehicle during a search, police say.

Bradan Csordas, of Brantford, faces 14 charges including take motor vehicle without consent and weapons dangerous.
