Brantford police investigate suspicious vehicles fires, property damage

Police are investigating a spree of suspicious fires and property damage in a Brantford neighbourhood.

The first incident happened in the early morning hours of Aug. 29 on Bisset Ave. Police responded to reports of a vehicle fire outside of a home. Fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze and the fire was deemed suspicious.

On Sept. 21, officers were again called to a home on the same street after someone threw rocks through several windows.

The most recent incident happened last Friday around 2 a.m. Officers were called to a suspicious vehicle fire outside of a home on Gillespie Dr.

Police say no injuries were reported in any of the incidents.

Nearby surveillance cameras captured persons of interest and police are hoping the public can help identify the people in the images.
