Brantford Market St. S. sex assault

On June 3 at around 4:20 pm, a 16 year old woman was walking along Market Street South when she was approached by a man.

The man attempted to have conversation with the woman, which was not reciprocated.

The man continued his advances and touched the woman in an inappropriate manner.

The woman was able to get away from the man and contacted Community Patrol Officers who investigated.

As a result, a 25 year old man from Brantford was arrested and charged with criminal harrassment and sexual assault.
