Brantford man facing 27 charges following graffiti spree

A 20-year-old man is facing dozens of charges in connection with a graffiti spree in downtown Brantford.

On Jan. 24, police said they were investigating several reports of vandalism at numerous locations throughout the city.

Images posted online show “Will!” spray-painted in large lettering on buildings and electrical boxes.

Brantford police issued a news release on Monday and said a Brantford man was arrested around 8:30 p.m. on Jan. 27 near Bridge St. and Darling St.

He faces 27 counts of mischief under $5,000.

Brantford police thanked members of the community for their help in the investigation.
