Brant County OPP investigating arson outside Hardy Terrace Nursing Home

Brant County OPP are investigating an arson outside a nursing home in Brantford.

Officers were called about a suspicious fire at the Hardy Terrace Nursing Home on Mt.  Pleasant Rd.

The front sign was set ablaze and completely destroyed. Damage is estimated at over $2,500.

Police say the fire was lit sometime between 4:30 p.m. Tuesday and 7:30 a.m. Wednesday.

They do not know how many people were involved.

Police are asking the public to come forward with any information about people or vehicles seen in the area at the time.
