Brant County OPP are investigating a fatal single-vehicle crash that happened Sunday evening.

The accident took place on Powerline Road east of Bethel Church Road in Brant County.

Emergency services attended the scene and located a single vehicle collision. The lone driver of the gold 2006 Jeep Commander was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle has been identified as 43 year old Jeffery Sturgeon of Oxford County.

Powerline Road east of Bethel Church Road in the County of Brant was closed till 1:30am.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to contact OPP or Crimestoppers.
