Brampton schools briefly locked down

Central Peel Secondary School in Brampton was in lockdown Thursday afternoon as Peel Police investigate a robbery nearby.

The school is located on Kennedy Road North. Officials said no students or staff could leave until the lockdown was lifted. Agnes Taylor Public School was also locked down for a short time. Police say three people are in custody. There are no reports of staff or student injuries.
