Boy injured, 2 teens charged with assault, robbery in Brantford

Brantford police have charged two teens with assault after a 16-year-old boy was injured during a robbery.

Officers say the incident happened in the area of North Park St. and Fairview Dr. around 9 p.m. on Monday.

Investigators say two groups of teens were involved in a fight when the assault and robbery occurred.

Police arrested a 15-year-old and 16-year-old at the scene. They are facing a number of charges, including assault with a weapon, robbery and assault causing bodily harm.
