At the time of this posting, two people are confirmed dead; one of which was an eight year old child. More than 100 were injured – many of them, critically; while many others have lost limbs.

President Barack Obama is urging that people not rush to judgement. However, it is being treated as an act of terrorism.

More than 2,000 Canadians were registered to take part in today’s marathon. None is reported among the casualties so far. Canadians concerned about loved ones in the area are urged to call 1-800-387-3124
