Bosma’s accused killers in court

(Video added) Two men facing murder charges in the death of Tim Bosma of Ancaster made a video appearance in court Thursday.

Dellen Millard’s lawyer says this is a routine appearance to track how the case is progressing. Millard is charged with first degree murder, forcible confinement and theft.

Bosma’s remains were found burned beyond recognition at Millard’s farm.

Another man, 25 year old Mark Smich is also charged with first degree murder in the case.
