Bosma murder suspect in court

An update on the second man arrested in Tim Bosma’s murder.

Police say that Mark Smich is a partner in crime and is connected to the 32-year old’s death.

Investigators claim he’s the suspect that accompanied Dellen Millard as they took Tim Bosma on a test drive from which Bosma, would never return.

Thursday morning, he appeared in a Hamilton courtroom to be formally charged with first degree murder, and our Scot Urquhart was there.
