Bosma Day 26

[projekktor id=’23529′]
The jury at the Tim Bosma murder trial heard more about the pre-arrest life of Dellen Millard today. Court has heard that Millard grew up rich and lived lavishly, but didn’t seem to have any income and he appeared to be depleting his family resources.
We heard from a man who was Millard’s roommate at the time of his arrest and from Millard’s handyman. 25-year-old Robert Bochenek lived in the basement of Dellen Millard’s Etobicoke home for about a month. He knew the accused, but knew the other roommate better Andrew Michalski, had been his friend since grade two.
Later the jury heard from Javier Villada who did renovations for Millard and thought he was starting a business with the accused; they were going to build houses on the Ayr farm. Villada testified that he usually drove Millard’s red dually truck, the only truck that had the proper hitch for the fifth wheel trailer. He paid $450 a month to Millard for using the truck. But on the weekend Tim Bosma went missing, Millard wanted the red truck back & he traded Villada for another vehicle.
Because of Easter and a couple of days required for legal arguments the jury is not back in court for a week, next Wednesday March 30.
