Bosma accused back in court

Sharlene Bosma and her family are in court this afternoon, where the two men accused of killing Tim Bosma are expected to appear via video.

Dellen Millard and Mark Smich are charged with first-degree murder in Bosma’s death. The 32 year old from Ancaster went missing on May 6th, after leaving his home to go on a test drive with two men in a pick-up truck he was trying to sell.

Police found Bosma’s remains about a week later at Millard’s farm in Ayr, and quickly charged the 28-year old with murder. Several days later, 26-year old Smich was arrested and also charged in the murder.
