Bomb scare in Niagara Falls

A suspicious package shut down Fourth Avenue and Bridge Street in Niagara Falls Monday afternoon. The package had wires connected to it and was laying on the street.
The Niagara police bomb squad along with a bomb sniffing dog moved in. It turns out the package was thrown there by a man who found it at Buskerfest on the weekend and it was harmless. But the busy intersection was closed for more than an hour.
