Body found in wooded area in Dunnville, OPP investigate

Ontario Provincial Police are investigating after a body was found in a wooded area in Dunnville.

Police say someone was walking through the area around 4:50 p.m. on Thursday and found an “unresponsive person.”

Emergency crews responded to the scene and the man was deceased.

The OPP Emergency Response Team has secured the area while the investigation is being conducted.

The cause of death and the identity of the man are not known at this time.

Police are expected to provide an update as information becomes available through the investigation.
