Bloody summer in Toronto

This is the latest in a string of shootings this summer in Toronto.

There have been four major shootings in public places in Toronto in the last six weeks. It began with one at the Eaton Centre that claimed two lives. But today Mayor Rob Ford says these have been isolated incidents, and he insists Toronto is the safest city in the world.
