Black history takes centre stage

February is Black History Month, and for one actress from Windsor it’s an opportunity to showcase her one-woman show about the iconic Harriet Tubman.

Tubman is the famous underground railroad conductor who spent time in St Catharines. Sean Cowan spent some time with the actress this afternoon during her show at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre.
