Barton Village Festival brings community together

Barton Village was a hive of activity today for its third annual festival.

Barton Street East between Wentworth and Birch streets were closed to traffic for the festival.

Hamiltonians took in the beautiful weather but also plenty of activities for the whole family, including vendors, food trucks and live music.

The event also included a basketball and soccer tournament that teamed up community members with newcomers as a way to create a friendly city and inspire new friendships.
