Bail hearings enter third day

(Update)
A Hamilton judge has reserved his decision for a week in the bail hearing for Christina Noudga, who’s charged with being an accessory after the fact in the murder of Ancaster’s Tim Bosma.
At the end of this hearing late this afternoon, Christina Noudga turned to her family in the courtroom and mouthed the words “one more week.”
Noudga has been in jail since April. That was when she was arrested and charged with being an accessory after the fact in the Tim Bosma murder.
Noudga’s lawyer has been arguing for her release on bail over the past three days. Noudga’s parents and friends have been in the courtroom throughout the hearing. The details of the argument are covered by a publication ban so we can’t report them. At the time of the murder in May last year, Noudga was the girlfriend of Dellen Millard, who’s one of the men charged with first degree murder in the killing.
After hearing the arguments from Nougda’s lawyer and the crown prosecutors, the judge said he’ll be back in court next Friday with his decision on whether she gets out on bail.
