Baffoh accessory charge dropped

The son of the man who pleaded guilty to killing Daniel Baffoh has had his accessory to murder charge dropped.
Damian Langille, 24, was initially charged with accessory after the fact. His father, Mark, pleaded guilty earlier this week to second-degree murder in the shooting death.
Baffoh is believed to have been shot and killed in Hamilton in January of last year. His body was then dumped in Binbrook.
Damian Langille’s lawyer says his client was pressured into helping dispose of the victim’s body. Langille has been sentenced to life in prison.
