Ontario Provincial Police arrested and charged a 28-year-old man for driving a backhoe while intoxicated.

Perth County OPP began following the yellow backhoe after receiving reports the driver was impaired.

Officers stopped the driver and charged Tyler Nutt, of Perth East, Ont., with impaired driving.

Nutt received a 90-day driver’s licence suspension and the backhoe was seized for 7 days.
