Lawyers for the Hamilton man convicted of two counts of murder for infecting his victims with HIV says his client should not be classified as a dangerous offender.

Johnson Aziga’s lawyers say their client has learned a lesson and that “he has more knowledge now than a lot of scientists working in the field all together.”
They say he’s not a risk and doesn’t want to infect anyone else.
If Aziga is declared a dangerous offender, he could remain in jail indefinitely.
Seven of 11 women he had unprotected sex with got HIV and two of them died of AIDS-related cancers.
