Assault & Robbery spree in Dundas

Hamilton police are looking into several assaults and robberies in Dundas all within an hour on Friday night.

The attacks and robberies all happened at the Dundas Driving park just after 10:30 Friday night, while Buskerfest was happening two blocks away.

“I’ve never met the kids before, I don’t know why it would happen.”

15 year old Taylor Polsky-Sekarak was sucker punched and his girlfriend was kicked Friday night.

“I confronted them and said who hit me and who kicked my girlfriend, that’s when I got hit again didn’t see it coming, and then others jumped on top of me.”

Taylor says up to 7 older teens started punching and kicking him sending him to hospital with a lacerated kidney and a swollen face.

According to Hamilton police Taylor wasn’t the only one attacked at the Dundas Driving Park Friday night, at least 3 people were assaulted and 3 people robbed of personal belongings.
