Art on James Street North recognized

Hamilton is getting some love from an art bloggers’ website. A prominent arts website run by art collector Louise Blouin MacBain is putting a Hamilton neighbourhood in the company of hot spots in major world cities.

www.blouinartinfo.com says James Street North is the 6th of 16 neighbourhoods you need to know about. The site notes how there’s been a grassroots cultural revitalization in the area, specifically mentioning the regular art crawls on the 2nd Friday of each month. And of course this weekend is the neighbourhood’s Supercrawl. James Street is in the company of other high profile cities like London, Madrid and Beijing.
