Arrest Made in Welland Robbery

Niagara Regional Police have made more arrest in the robbery that took place on May 15 at a home on Beatrice St. in Welland.

Police have now charged 30 year old Angie St. Pierre of Welland.  At the time of St. Pierre’s arrest, the police identified two other suspects involved in the robbery.  A warrant was issued for 26 year old Joshua Shoup and 21 year old Daniel Turner.

A short time later, Joshua Shoup turned himself into Police.

Daniel Turner is still wanted by the Niagara Regional Police for robbery with a firearm.

On May 15th, Niagara Regional Police responded to a robbery on Beatrice St in the City of Welland.

During the investigation, Police learned that four suspects armed with weapons entered a house and assaulted a person who lives there and stole some items.

Police have arrested 35 year old Serena Moore of Welland. She is being held in custody and is scheduled to appear in court.

On May 16th, Police executed a search warrant at Moore’s home and seized an item that was possibly used in the robbery.

Police anticipate further arrests in the near future and want to advise the public that this incident is not a random act.
