Arrest made in theft of Milton hospital donation box

Halton Regional Police have arrested a man in the theft of a hospital donation box in Milton.

A man and woman entered Luigi’s Pizzeria on Commercial St. on July 5.

According to police, the man stole a donation box for the Milton District Hospital, which had about $150 inside.

Officers were able to identify the two involved.

Kyle Coombs, 34, of Milton was arrested the next day.

He is charged with one count of theft under $5,000.
