Arrest made in West Hamilton sexual assaults

A Hamilton man has been arrested in connection with three sexual assaults.

Officers were called to sexual assaults in West Hamilton on April 29 and July 26 last year.

Police say each time a man broke into a home and sexually assaulted a woman inside.

The investigation led police to re-open a similar case dating back to 2011.

Dennis Rhodes, 40, was arrested on Tuesday.

He’s charged with three counts each of break and enter, sexual assault, voyeurism, forcible confinement and disguise with intent.

During the investigation, detectives discovered multiple incidents where women were recorded without their knowledge.

Investigators believe there may be other victims.
