Arrest made in Burlington salon break-in

A Burlington man has been arrested in connection with a break-in at a local hair salon.

The break-in occurred in the early morning of June 3.

Police say the man broke in through a window and stole hair products, scissors and an iPad.

Officers arrested 37-year-old Shane Clifford Richard one week later.

He faces a break and enter charge and will appear in court in August.

Most of the stolen property was recovered and returned to the salon.
