Arrest Made in Body Parts Case

A Scarborough man has been charged with second degree murder in the death of 41-year old Guang Hua Liu.

Guang’s body parts were discovered scattered throughout Mississauga and Scarborough earlier this month. Peel Police say 40-year old Chun Qi Jiang was her recently estranged boyfriend. The pair had been dating for four years.

Jiang is a construction worker who came to Canada from China in 2002. He was not previously known to police.

The case is now being treated as a domestic homicide.
