Arrest in Waterloo fatal

A driver has been arrested, after an elderly woman was struck and killed in Waterloo.

Charges are pending, but Waterloo Regional Police say it was a hit and run incident.

It happened around ten Tuesday morning at the intersection of King and Hickory.
